Article5Areaconfirmationanddifferencetreatment

Forthebuyerwhocancelstheorder,thesellermustreturnthemoneytobuyerwithin30daysafterbuyermaketheordercancelapplication,andpaytheinterestsratesaccordingto%.

Forthebuyerwhochoicenotcanceltheorder,iftheregistrationareasiswithin3%(including3%)biggerthancontractedarea,theexceededamountshouldbesupplementedbythebuyer;forthecasewhichismorethan3%,theexceededamountshouldbebornbytheseller,thepropertyrightsbelongstothebuyer.Iftheregistrationareasissmallerthancontractedarea,thearearatioiswithin3%(including3%),theexceededamountmustbereturnedtothebuyer;theamountwhicharemorethan3%mustbedoubledandreturntothebuyer.
