Greenbuildingreferstodoitsbesttomaximizeconservationofresources(energy,land,water,andwood),protectingtheenvironmentandreducepollutioninitslifecycle.Providepeoplewithhealthy,appropriateandefficientuseofspace,andnatureinharmonysymbiosisbuildings.Idescribedmoredetailsofgreenbuildingdesign’notion,greenbuilding’design,aswellasthesignificanceoftheconceptofgreenbuildingandimprovetheeffectivenessanalysisoftheexternaleffectsofgreenbuildingmeasures,

1Whatisagreenbuilding

Greenbuildingreferstobuildinglifecycle,themaximumconservationofresources(energy,land,waterandmaterials),protectingtheenvironmentandreducepollution,providepeoplewithhealth,applicationandefficientuseofspace,andnatureharmonyofthebuilding.

Theso-calledgreenbuilding"

green"

doesnotmeanageneralsenseofthree-dimensionalgreen,roofgarden,butrepresentsaconceptorsymbol,referstobuildingenvironmentallyfriendly,makefulluseofnaturalresources,environmentandbasicecologicaldamagetotheenvironmentwithoutbalanceofabuildingunderconstruction,butalsoknownassustainablebuilding,eco-building,backintothewildconstruction,energysavingconstruction.

Greenbuildinginteriorlayoutisveryreasonable,tominimizetheuseofsyntheticmaterials,fulluseofthesun,savingenergyfortheresidentsChuangzaoalmost-naturalfeeling.

People,architectureandthenaturalenvironmentfortheharmoniousdevelopmentgoals,intheuseofnaturalandartificialmeanstocreategoodconditionsandhealthylivingenvironment,asmuchaspossibletocontrolandreducetheuseanddestructionofthenaturalenvironment,tofullyreflectthenatureobtainandreturnbalance.

2,themeaningofgreenbuilding

Thebasicconnotationofgreenbuildingcanbesummarizedas:

toreducetheloadontheenvironmentarchitecture,whichsaveenergyandresources;

provideasafe,healthy,comfortablelivingspacewithgood;

affinitywiththenaturalenvironment,sothatpeopleandbuildingaharmoniouscoexistencewiththeenvironmentandsustainabledevelopment.

3Developmentofthesignificanceofgreenbuildingratingsystem

EstablishgreenbuildingratingsystemisarevolutioninthefieldofarchitectureandtheEnlightenment,itsfarmorethanenergysavings.Itisinnovativeinmanywaysandorganicsynthesis,therebybuildinginharmonywithnature,fullutilizationofresourcesandenergy,createhealthy,comfortableandbeautifullivingspace.It'

srevolutionaryforthefieldofarchitecturefromthetechnical,socialandeconomicangles.

3.1TechnicalSignificance

Greenbuildingstudyofearlytechnicalproblemsofindividual-based,technologyisisolatedandone-sided,notformedanorganicwhole,theintegrationofdesignandeconomicstudyofconsciousnessisfarfromtheonlystrategyofeconomicanalysisphaseofthesubsidiary'

sknowledge.However,individualtechnicalresearchresultsofearlymoderngreenbuildingtechniquesforthemulti-dimensionaldevelopmentandsystemsintegrationwilllayasolidfoundation.Sincetheninetiesofthe20thcentury,withtheunderstandingofgreenbuildinggraduallydeepenandmature,peoplegiveupwaytooutopianthinkingHealoneenvironmentalconsciousnessandmoralconstraintsandspontaneousgreenbehavior,turnedtoexploremoreworkableenvironmentalphilosophy,environmentalandcapitalcombinedintothefutureworldthenewdirectionofdevelopmentofenvironmentalprotection,greenbuildinghasenteredaresultofecologicalethicsfromthepracticeofpromotingecologicalresearchtodeepenthenewstage.GreenBuildingTechnologytakesonthenaturalsciences,socialsciences,humanities,computerscience,informationscienceandothersubjectsthetrendofintegrationofresearchresults,makinggreenbuildingdesignintothemulti-dimensionalstageofdevelopmentstrategystudy.Thedeepeningofgreenbuildingtechnologystrategyanddevelopmentinmaterials,equipment,morphology,etcvariousadvancedfields,intechnologydevelopment,technologyandotherdesignelementsoftheintegrationisalsostartingfromthepastthesimpleaddition,moreattentiontotheperipheryoftheretainingstructureitselfdesigntechnologyandarchitecturetocombinetheoverallsystemchange,graduallybecominggreenbuildingsystems.Greenbuildingratingsystemwasestablishedgreenbuildingtechnologiesgraduallyimproveandsystematizetheinevitableresult,itistheorganicintegrationofgreenbuildingtechnology,aplatformbuilttogreenbuildingtechnology,informationtechnology,computertechnologyandmanyothersubjectscanbeaunifiedplatformintheirrespectiveroles,theestablishmentofacomprehensiveevaluationsystemfordesigners,planners,engineersandmanagersamorethanever,amoresimple,Guizhangmingquegreenbuildingassessmenttoolsanddesignguidelines.

3.2Thesocialsignificance.

Greenbuildingratingsystemreflectsthesocialsignificanceofthemainadvocatesofthenewwayoflife,heightenedawarenessandpublicparticipationinthecontinuationoflocalculturearetwoaspects.

Topromoteahealthylifestyle.Greenbuildingratingsystem,thesocialsignificanceoftheprimaryadvocateahealthylifestyle,whichisbasedonthedesignandconstructionofgreenbuildingsasacommunityeducationprocess.Theprinciplesofgreenbuildingratingsystemistheeffectiveuseofresourcesandecologicalrulestofollow,basedonthehealthofbuildingspacetocreateandmaintainsustainabledevelopment.Theconceptofthepasttocorrectpeople'

smisconceptionsaboutconsumerlifestyles,thatcannotblindlypursuematerialluxury,butshouldkeeptheenvironmentunderthepremiseofsustainableuseofmodestcomforttopursuelife.Fromthefundamentalterms,constructionistomeethumanneedsbuiltupofmaterialgoodsaspeople'

Enhancedawarenessofpublicparticipation.GreenBuildingRatingsystemisnotamonopolyforthedesignstaffofprofessionaltools,butforplanners,designers,engineers,managers,developers,propertyowners,jointlyownedbythepublicandotherassessmenttools.Itbrokethepreviousprofessionaldevelopmentofthemonopolytoencouragetheparticipationofthepublicandotherpublicofficers.Throughpublicparticipation,theintroductionofarchitectsandotherbuildingusers,theconstructionofdialogueparticipants,makingtheoriginaldesignprocessdominatedbythearchitectbecomesmoreopen.Provedtheinvolvementofvariousviewsandagoodhelptocreateadynamicculture,embodysocialjusticecommunity.

3.3Theeconomicsignificance.

Greenbuildingratingsystem,theeconomicsignificancecanbedividedintomacroandmicrolevels.Atthemacrolevel,thegreenbuildingratingsystemfromthesystemlife-cycleperspective,thegreenbuildingdesignintegratedintotheeconomicissuesinvolvedintheproductionfromthebuildingmaterials,design,construction,operation,resourceuse,wastedisposal,recyclingofdemolitionuntilthenaturalresourcesthewholeprocess.Economicconsiderationsofgreenbuildingisnolongerlimitedtothedesignprocessitself,whilethepolicyextendedtothedesignofthenarrowroletoplaytosupportthepolicylevel,includingtheestablishmentof"

system,improvingtheconstructionenvironmentalauditandmanagementsystem,increaseandconstruction-relatedenergyconsumption,pollutantemissionsandotheractsoftaxefforts,improvethelegalsystemofenvironmentalprotection,fromtheincreaseingovernmentconstructionprojectsonthesustainabilityofeconomicsupportandraisethecosttotheconstructionofpollutingtheenvironmentactsasthecostsforgreenbuildingsdesignandconstructiontocreateafavorableexternalenvironment.Thisgoalisnotentirelytheresponsibilityofgovernmentagencies,asthearchitectsinvolvedindesignworkasasoundsystemofresponsibilityforrecommendationsobligations,becauseonlythemostfromthepracticeoftheneedisrealandurgent.Therelatedpolicyissuesingreenbuildingdesignstrategies,buildingasystemtosolvetheeconomicproblemsfacingtheimportantaspects.Atthemicrolevel,thecurrentfromtheeconomicpointofDesignStrategyismorefullyconsidertheeconomicoperati
