Toyoungresearchersfromallovertheworld,theFreieUniversitaetBerlinoffersanumberofhighlydemandingdoctoralprograms.

Graduateschools,andResearchTrainingGroupsallofferstructuredprogramsforobtainingaPh.D.andareledbygroupsofprofessors.Theyareprimarilyofinterestforinterdisciplinaryresearchthemes.

ItistheobjectivethatgraduatestudentsintheseprogramscompletetheirPh.D.withinthreeyears.

DoctoralProgrammesaremostlytaughtinEnglish,someonlyinGerman.

Theprogramshavetheirownapplicationdeadlineswhichcanbefoundontheirrespectivehomepage.Forsomeprogrammes,short-listedcandidateswillbeinvitedtoaninterview.
