5.Partymembersbydisciplinarywarning,seriouswarningpunishmentinayearWithinayearandahalfMaynotascendinpartyandnon-partyorganizationrecommendshigherthanitsimmediatelypositionofnon-partyposition.

Thepartyexaminedthepunishment,dividedintotheparty’sprobationforayear,andthepartyfortwoyears.Forpartymemberswhoaresubjecttotheprobationofthepartyforayear,thetermoftheparty’stermofrenewalshallbeextendedforanotheryearaftertheexpirationoftheterm.Thedurationoftheprobationperiodshallnotexceedtwoyears.

Thepartyorganization,whichhasnorighttocorrectthepartydisciplineanditself,shouldbereorganized.Anymemberoftheleadingorganizationofthepartyorganizedbythereorganizationshallberemovedfromofficeunlessthepartyhasbeenremovedfromthepartypost（includingtheremovalofthepartypost）.

8.Thepartyleadershipcollectivetomakethedecisionoftheviolatingpartydisciplineorcommitotherviolationofpartydiscipline,withmembersofthecommoncrime,accordingtothecommondiscipline;

9.Partyorganizationsinthereviewfoundthatpartymembersofthedisciplineiscorruptionandmalfeasance"

provisionsofthecriminallawbehaviorsuspectedofacrime,shallbegivencancellationpartyposts,probationwithinorexpelledfromsanctions.

10.Thepartyorganizationinthereviewfoundthatpartymembersofthedisciplineisthebehaviorofthecriminallaw,althoughnotinvolvedinthecrimebutresponsibilityshallbeinvestigatedforparty,oughttoaccordingtospecificcircumstancesgivewarninguntilexpelledfrompunishment.

Ifthepartymemberisinvestigatedbythepartyandtheparty,andissuspectedofillegalcrime,thepartymembershallpromptlytransferthepartytotherelevantstateorgansforhandlingaccordingtolaw.Iftheadministrativesanctionsorotherdisciplinarymeasuresarerequired,theSuggestionsshallbemadetotherelevantauthoritiesororganizations.

Ifpartymembersarearrestedaccordingtolaw,Thepartyorganizationshallsuspenditsvotingrights,therighttovoteandtherighttobeelectedinaccordancewithadministrativeauthority.Ifthepartymayresumeitspartymembers’rightsaccordingtotheresultsofthejudicialorgans,itshallberestoredinatimelymanner.

13.Minorcrimeofpartymembers,decisionnottoprosecuteinaccordancewiththelaw,thepeople’sprocuratorateorthepeople’scourtinaccordancewiththelawtomakeaguiltyverdictandexemptedfromcriminalpunishment,shallgivecancellationpartyposts,probationwithinorexpelledfromdisciplinaryaction.

15.TheChinesecommunistpartydisciplinaryregulationsgeneralrulesapplicabletohaveotherpartyrulesandregulationsstipulatedbythepartydisciplinaryaction,butthecentralcommitteeofthecommunistpartyofChinaissuedorapprovedthereleaseoftheotherpartyregulationshavespecialprovisionsfor.

16.Throughinformationnetworks,radio,television,newspapers,books,lectures,BBS,report,symposium,publiclyinsistedthatbourgeoisliberalization,opposethefourcardinalprinciplesandtheoppositionofreformandopeningupdecision-makingarticles,speeches,declarationandstatement,givenexpelledfromsanctions.

Publishing,broadcasting,publishing,publishingarticleslistedintheprecedingparagraph,speech,declarationandstatementorprovideconvenientconditionsfortheabovebehavior,responsiblefordirectlyresponsibleandleadership,giveseriouswarningorremovethepartydisciplinaryaction;

Ifthecircumstancesareserious,thepartymaybeexaminedorexpelledfromtheparty.

Ifthepartyorganizesasecretpartyororganizesotherseparatistpartyactivities,thepartyshallbeexpelledfromtheparty.

Thepartyshallbegivenadisciplinarysanctionagainsttheplanners,organizersandthecadreoftheorganizers,theorganizersandthecadreofthepartywhoareinvolvedinmakingmattersofnationalrelationsorparticipatinginethnicseparatistactivities.

19.Theorganization,theuseofreligiousactivitiesoftheopposition’sline,principles,policiesandresolutions,underminenationalunity,theplanners,organizersandmolecularbackbone,givenprobationwithinorexpelledfromsanctions.

20.Thepartymembertheleadingcadreinviolationofpoliticaldisciplineandrules,suchaserrorthoughtandbehavior,principlesofbonhomie,causebadeffect,givenawarningorseverewarningpunishment;

Ifthecircumstancesareserious,thepartyshallbegivenasuspensionorthepartyshallbeexaminedandpunished.

21.Inviolationoftheprincipleofdemocraticcentralism,refusedtocarryoutthepartyorganization’smajordecisionsorchangedwithoutauthorization,orinviolationoftherulesofprocedure,anindividualoraminorityofpeopledecidedtomajorissues,givenawarningorseverewarningpunishment;

22.Thelowerpartyorganizationstoperformorunauthorisedchangestothenexthigherpartyorganization,responsiblefordirectlyresponsibleandleadership,givenawarningorseverewarningpunishment;

Ifthecircumstancesareserious,Torevokepartypositionsortotakedisciplinaryactionagainsttheparty.

23.Thepartymembertheleadingcadreinviolationoftherelevantprovisionsoftheorganization,toparticipateinvillagerswillspontaneouslyformedandalumniassociation,comrades,etc.,ifthecircumstancesareserious,togivewarning,seriouswarningorremovethepartydisciplinaryaction.

24.Acceptmayaffecttheimpartialityoftheexecutiveofficialbusinessbanquetsoractivities,suchastourism,fitness,entertainment,andifthecircumstancesarerelativelyserious,bewarnedorseriouswarningsanction;
