Sowhydoesasimpleshowerhavesuchmagicpower?

Sciencecanexplainit.

Showeringcanhelptoraiseourlevelofdopamine,ahormone(荷尔蒙)closelyrelatedtoourcreativity.“Peoplevaryintermsoftheirlevelofcreativityaccordingtotheactivityofdopamine,”explainedAliceFlaherty,afamousAmericanneuroscientist.“Takingawarmshowercanmakeusfeelrelaxedandthereforemakethedopaminelevelriseandbring‘Aha!
