ThemainobjectiveofthenewsystemistogivethecustomersaneasywayofmakingareservationintheHotel.Thenewsystemismorecomputerizedandwellorganized,wellmodifiedfromtheoldsystemthatiscurrentlyintheHotel.
ThissystemwouldbemanagedbytheReservationOfficethatworkswiththeReservationDetails.
ThisnewsystemwouldautomaticallyreplacetheoldandlessfunctioningsystemthatwasformallyusedintheHotel.ThenewsystemwouldalsobefasterforthecustomerstomakeaReservationintheOceanViewHotels.
TheCurrentReservationSystem
TheOldHotelsReservationSystemwasnotaverygoodfunctioningsystemanditwasn’teasyforthecustomerstomakeHotelReservation,TheOldHotelReservationSystemwasdifficultforcustomerstomakeHotelReservation,inthissystemtheCustomerhavetobepresentinpersoninthehoteltomakeReservationshisorherselfandtheinformationisbeenrecordedonapaperfile.
