xxx项目二期工程，共有设备363台。
Theequipmentswhicharemorethan10Tareabout13sets.TheworkshopistheconcreteframeworkstructureandtheequipmentsareheavysoweneedtopreparetheLiftingPlantoguidetheprojectequipmentliftingandallprojectcoordination.
超过10吨的重型设备有13台。
由于车间属于混凝土框架结构，并且设备重量较大，必须编制吊装方案，用于指导项目的设备吊装工作和整个工程的施工协调。

3.1.3LiftingOverallDesign吊装总体设计
Thenormalequipmentweighsabove20Tandunder30T.The100Ttrackcranecanliftit.Eventhoughthespeedisnotfast,itsuitfortheliftalone.Whenthegoodsarrivedandinstalledimmediately.Thecostislow.Theequipmentweighunder20T,the50Ttrackcranecanliftit.Theunloadingandtransportationareveryconvenient.Duetothenumbersthetrackarelarge,theequipmentscanbeliftconcentrated.Craneandascootertofocustouse,canmaximizelaborefficiency,savingconstructioncost.
一般30吨以下20吨以上的设备，属于100吨以上汽车吊的能力范围，吊装过程比较慢，单台吊装比较适宜，到货后立即安装，可以节省二次运输费用。
20吨以下的设备，是50吨以下汽车吊的能力范围，卸车和运输都比较方便，由于台数比较多，适合于多台设备一起吊装。
吊车和板车集中使用，可以最大限度地提高工人的劳动效率，节约施工成本。

本方案给出了全部重型设备（>10吨）的吊装方案，所需要的吊车均列在大型设备吊装清单里。
在此之后，还画出了13台设备的吊装图纸，均具有代表性。

3.1.6LiftingPlanofATworkshop丙类厂房设备吊装
3.1.6.1General总体说明
Forreducingcostsandbeingrestrictedbysiteconditions,C-Classplantequipmentinstallationmustworkcloselywithcivilconstruction.Theheavyequipmentinstallationofgroundfloorshouldbecompletedbeforeconstructionofsteelstructuresintheregion.Theliftingofrestheavyequipmentsshouldbecompletedaftersteelstructurebasementconstruction.Thewestsideofthewallshouldleavepassagespaceforequipmentsandmaterialsofeachfloor.Theheaviestequipmentthatisrequiredtobeliftedaftercompletionofsteelstructureconstructionbasementis:
vacuumrakedryer（M020304）,weight22tons.
为了降低成本以及受到现场条件的限制，丙类厂房设备安装必须与土建施工紧密配合，一楼地面重型设备安装应在该区域钢结构施工前完成，其余重型设备吊装应该在钢结构基础施工完成后进行。
西侧墙面应留出各楼层设备、材料进出通道。
本装置中需要在钢结构基础施工完成后进行吊装的最重的设备为：
真空耙式干燥机（M020304），重量22吨。

Singlecranehoistingprocess,from350tmobilecraneisresponsibleforascension,
Formalliftingbegan,theequipmentfromtheground500mm,static.Toobservethecraneandwireropestate,makesurenoabnormalities,theMaincraneliftingequipment,whenthebottomofequipmentmorethanlevel+21.5m,theMaincraneinloadcasesturnbar,moveEQPtothefoundation.
Whentheequipmentislookingforqualified,theMaincraneloosehook.
单吊车吊装工艺，由350t汽车吊负责提升。
正式起吊开始，设备离开地面500mm后，静止。
观察各吊车和钢丝绳状态，确认无异常后，主吊车提升设备，当设备底部超过标高+21.5m后，主吊车在负载情况下转杆，将设备送入基础上方。
当设备找正合格后，主吊车松钩。
