[Abstract]studieshaveshownthatconflictistheessentialcharacteristicoflaborrelations,andthewaytoachieveaharmoniouslaborrelationsistobalancethebodyrightthroughthecollectivewayofadjustment,withtheco-operationtoresolveconflictsandcontradictions.Conflictiscreatedbythemarketeconomyofproductionandpossessionofdegreelaborfordifferentpurposes,andtheresultingdifferencesininterestsofthedecision.whilethebenefits,rights,institutionalimbalancewillcausetheintensificationoftheconflict,whilethebalanceistoachievethemainwayofharmoniouslaborrelations,collectivebalanceadjustmentisaneffectivemeansofTherefore,policiesandlawsshouldalsobesubjecttobalancetherightsandprocess-oriented,focusingoncollectivelaborrelations.

Since2006theSixthPlenarySessionoftheSixteenthCPCCentralCommittee,thedevelopmentofharmoniouslaborrelationsarealsowrittentobuildingasocialistharmonioussocietyrequirements.Communityontheharmoniouslaborrelationsandsafeguardthelegitimaterightsandinterestsofworkersvoicesgrowing,theNationalFederationofTradeUnionsalsoinInthesameyearpresentedaharmoniouslaborrelationscompanystandards.
However,inrecentyears,increasinglabordisputes,especiallysincethesummerof2010people,collectivelabordisputes"
andSpray"
brokeout,showingaharmoniouslaborrelationspropagandaandrealitycoexistinsharpcontradictionbetweenlaborandthestatusofthestudyshowthattheconflicttheessentialcharacteristicsoflaborrelations,conflictandconcealdenyconflictcanonlycauseaccumulationandintensificationofcontradictions,butcannotachieveaharmoniouslaborrelations.
Aconflictoftheessentialcharacteristicsoflaborrelations.
Laborrelationsisnotonlyanimportantpartofsocialrelations,socialrelationsalsoaffectothersignificantfactors.
Whetheritsdefinedrange,thegenerationanddevelopmentprocess,aswellastheexperienceofdevelopedmarketeconomiespointofview,theconflicthasbeenassociatedwithlaborrelationsrun,andledtoavarietyofrelatedpolicyandlegalformation.Broadlyspeaking,laborrelationsreferstotheindustrializedproductionofsocialcontext,workersandlabororganizationsfortherealizationoftheuseraswellasthelaborprocessposedbythesocialrelations.¨

1againstsuchstructuralpointofview.Althoughtheydifferonthesolutiontotheconflict,butaconflictofinterestasarethebasiccharacteristicsoflaborrelationsandregulationobjects.Broadlyspeaking,laborrelationsinmodernsocietyisthebasisoftheemploymentrelationship,therightsandobligationsprescribedbylawfortheactsoftheframework,policyandinstitutionalbackground,thesubjectoflaborrelationsintheworkplacebytheexpansionoftherangeofsocialrelationshipdevelopmentofcapitalistproductionfromtheperspectiveoflaborrelationsintheprocessoftheemergenceanddevelopmentofdifferentsocialstatusbetweenthemainmeansofproductionandpossessionofdifferentdegrees,determinetheirdifferentneedsofthelaborprocess,whichbeproducedconflictinglaborrelationsonthebasisofobjectiveandsubjective.
