技能要点
*1.Whentheguestsaskyoutoreserve（为什么而保留）forhim,youmustpaymoreattention（注意要做某事）toaskhimtothetableorprivateroom.
当客人要求你为他订餐时，要注意询问他是要订餐台还是要包间。
*2.Asktheguestabouttheinformationofthetablereservation:
从客人那里获得下列用餐信息：
Thenumberoftheperson就餐人数
Tableinthelobbyoraprivateroom大堂的餐台还是包间

如果有，领位到预订的餐台；如果没有，询问有几位，然后引领为人挑选合适的餐台.

技能要点
*1.Theorderofthewesterndishesbeginsfromthehostorhostessgenerally.Ifthehostwantstheguestsorderbythemselves,beginsfromthefirstguest（bytherighttothehostorhostess）.Usually,menorderforthewomen.Theladiesdon’torder.
西餐点餐的顺序一般从主人或者女主人开始。
如主人示意请宾客分别点菜，则从主宾（主宾一般坐在男主人或女主人的右边）开始。
一般男生为女士点菜，女士不直接接受点菜。
