Front/backendcoversupportsdriving/drivengearbymeansofbearings.Thebodyenablesdrivinggearanddrivengeartorotate,resultinginvacuumoperationmode.Oilsealactsassealingofdrivingshaft.Motordrivesdrivinggearthroughcouplingandshaftpin.

3.2OperationPrinciple
WhendrivingshaftdrivesGear1andGear2torotateindirectionshownbyarrowandgearedteethdisengagegraduallyinoilsuctioncavity,teethdisengagefromteethofanothergearsothatvacuumisformed.aˊ,bˊ…ofa,b…betweenteethcarriesoilfromoilsuctioncavitytooildischargecavity.Oilingearedspaceispressedoutwhengearrotatescontinuously.Outerloadactioncausesoilpressure.Withcontinuousrunningofgear,oilpumpsucksanddischargesoilcontinuously.
WhenresistanceofoilcircuitexceedsafetyPressure,safetyvalvestartstomakeoilindischargecavitygobacksuctioncavity.Indoingso,pressureisreducedandpump/pipingisprotected.
4.INSTALATIONANDCONISSIONING
Gearedpumpandmotorisfixedonchassis.Shaftlinebetweenmotorandgearedpumphasbeenadjusted.Gearedpumprotatessmoothly.
Duringoperation,keepaneyetosuctionheight.Ratedliftcanbeobtained.Specifiedoilinlet/outletpipesshouldbechosen.Oilinletshouldbethrough.Beforestarting,checktoseewhetherfastenersarelooseandwhethergearedpumpmovesfreely.Idlerunningcan'
tlastmorethan1minute.Ifnooilissuckedin,checkgearedpumpforcorrectrotation(Runningindirectionshownbyarrow).Checktoseewhetheroilsuctionpipejointisloose,connectionsareleakyandoilgroovebottomisblockedbyoilsuctionpipeinsertedaswellasoilsuctionheightandoiloutletheightexceedstolerance.
Noabnormalnoiseandvibrationshouldoccurwhengearedpumpworks.
Safetyvalvewassetinspecifiedsafepressurescopeatfactory.Userscanregulateit.Butmaxregulationpuessurecan'
texceed40%.
5.OPERATION
5.1Beforeoperation,checktoseewhethergearedpumpmovesfreely(Turnbyhand).
5.2MakesurepowersupplyisOKandrotationdirectionofmotoriscorrect.
5.3Checktoseewhetheroilinlet/outletdiametermeetsrequirementsandliftiswithinspecifiedrange.
5.4Makesurethatallfastenersarefirm(Includingconnectorsofinlet/outletpipe)
5.5Beforestarting,insertoilinletpipeintooilgrooveproperly.Oilpipecan'
treachtogroovebottomtopreventblockingintake.
5.6OnlyeverythingisOK,youmaystartmachine.
6.MAINTENANCEANDSAFETY
6.1Connectgroundingdevice
6.2Alwayskeepaneyetolooseningoffastenersandabnormalnoiseofgearedpump.
6.3Corsefiltershouldbemountedatoilinlettopreventironandimpuritiesfromenteringpump.
6.4Oilsealiswearpart.Incasethatdrivingshaftleaksoil,changeoilseal.
6.5Oilpumpadoptsballbearings.Ifballbearingsarewornout,seriousnoisewilloccur.Replacementshouldbemade.
6.6Afterserviceiscompleted,madesurethataxialgapofthepump,andconcentricityshouldbewithintolerance.Otherwise,Pumpwillfailtoworkproperly.
6.7Gearedpumpisnotallowedtooperateinenvironmentandtheopen-airwithhightemperature.
