Whythe“seeminglydifferenttwosoul”becomegoodfriends?

First,theyarebothlonely:

theboyislonelybecauseheisinaforeigncountrywithhisfather;

thewomanislonelybecauseshehasjustlostherdearhusband.

Second,theyhavethecommoninterestinnatureandknowledge,whichisanotherbondoftheirfriendship.Theshortbreadthewomankeepssupplyingfortheboyisalsooneofthereasons.
