3建议信要写出写信的原因，建议的内容，提出建议的理由，提出的理由要入情入理，语气一定要礼貌当先。

因此建议信要写得简明扼要、目的明确、具有合理性和说服力。

写作模式（三段式）1.首段（beginning）：

开门见山，表明写作意图。

陈述事由，注意语气。

2.主体段落（body）：

对所提问题进行分析，针对问题提出建议并阐述理由（suggestions-reasons/evidence）。

3.结尾段（ending）：

呼应开头，重申观点并礼貌地表达希望收信人接受建议的愿望。

建议信写作的注意事项：

a开门见山，直入主题。

在书信正文的开头找准切入点，自然而然地引出自己想要谈的主题。

b这类文章的基本时态多用一般现在时和一般将来时。
