Somecountriesarebetterthanothersat②lookingafter③theenvironment.InEurope,GermanyandthenorthernEuropeancountriesworkveryhardtoimprovetheenvironment.PeopleincountriessuchasGermanyputtheirgarbageinto④differentbags—paperinonebag,plasticinanotherbag,etc.Thegarbageisthentakenaway⑤and,ifpossible⑥，recycled⑦.CFCs（chloroflurocarbons）,chemicalswhicharefoundinrefrigeratorsandaerosolcans⑧，arenotallowed⑨.Therearelawsthatdonotallowpeopletoburntoomuchcoal⑩.

Inthe1970s⑪，aspeoplelearntmoreaboutenvironmentalproblems⑫，the“Green”movementbeganandsoonspread⑬allover⑭Europe.The“Green”movementtriestogetgovernmentstothink⑮seriouslyabouttheenvironmentandhowtolookafterit.Itcollectsinformationabouthowindustryisdamagingtheenvironmentandgivesthisinformationtonewspapers.

一些国家比别的国家更善于保护环境。

在欧洲，德国和北欧的国家非常努力地去改善环境。

然后垃圾被运走，如果可能的话，会被回收利用。

存在于冰箱和喷雾罐中的化学物质CFCs（含氯氟烃）是被禁止的。

法律规定不允许人们烧太多的煤。

20世纪70年代，随着人们了解了更多的环境问题，“绿色”运动开始了，而且很快遍及整个欧洲。
