Jinanislocatedinthemiddle-latitudeareasarewarmtemperatesemi-humidmonsoonclimateinrecentyearsduetoenvironmentalfactorssuchaspollutionhazeserious.Asamoderncity,Jinan,prosperousanddevelopedservices,improveservices,strongcommercialpotential.ThebackgroundofthiscaseistheplanninganddesignofaresearchofficeareawithinacompanyJinannewintegratedpark.
Becauseresearchofficeareasashumanbeingscontinuetopursuework-live-anaturalproductofthethreeidealharmonywiththedistinctivefeatures,whichrequirestoprovideagoodworkingenvironmentfortheresearchstaffatthesametime,localconditions,people-oriented.WechosethismajorindoorairqualityresearchandofficeareasJinantransformation.
ThispaperanalyzestheJinanlocation,socialcharacterprofiles,climate,airqualityandotherindicators,combinedwithamajorsourceofpollutantsinJinanofficespaceresearchcarriedouttoimprovethedesignofair.Jinanresearchdesignintothedesignoftheofficearea,airpurifierdesign,newairconditioningsystemdesignandairqualitysensordesign.Whichmainlytaketheindoorairpurifierairpollutioncontrol,outdoorfreshairconditioningsystemhasmainlytakentheairpollutioncontrol,takingintoaccountthecostoftheproblemwehavetwokindsofairpollutioncontrolmethodswerecriticalpointselection,andbyairqualitysensorsintelligentfeedbackonthechangesofindoorairquality.Onthisbasis,ornamentalplantsintroducedtheideaofimprovingtheindoorenvironment,andproposefurtheruseVAVimproveindoorairairpollutioncontrolideas.

JinanCity,locatedatlatitude36degrees40minuteseastlongitude117degrees00minutes,accordingtotheSouthMountains,northacrosstheYellowRiver,locatedinthenorthwestLUZHONGNANhillyandthealluvialplainofthetransferbelt,lyingsouththaninthenorth.Terraincanbedividedintothreezones:
thenorthernProyellowbelt,centralpiedmontzone,southernhillsandmountainswith.
WithinthemainmountainridgeGreatWall,Paomaling,laddersHillVillage,andsoblack.Landareaof8154squarekilometers,morethan3000squarekilometershillyplains5000km2.
Jinanbelongstowarmtemperatesemi-humidcontinentalmonsoonclimate.Itscharacteristicsareobviousmonsoon,thefourseasons,springdrought,hotandrainysummer,autumnismorerefreshing,dryandcoldwinter.Theannualaveragetemperatureis14.3℃,theaverageannualprecipitationis660.7mm.

Jinanislocatedinthemiddlelatitudes,duetosolarradiation,atmosphericcirculationandgeographicalenvironment,whichbelongstothewarmtemperatesemi-humidmonsoonclimate.Itscharacteristicsareobviousmonsoon,thefourseasons,springdrought,hotandrainysummer,autumncoolanddry,coldwintersandlesssnow.DuetotheuniquetopographyeffectsofclimateextremesJinansignificantlystrongerthanthesurroundingareas;annualaveragetemperature13.8℃,extrememaximumtemperature42.5℃(7,24May,1955),theextrememinimumtemperatureofminus19.7℃(January17,1953).Thehighestmonthlyaveragetemperature27.2℃(7months),thelowestmonthlyaveragetemperature-3.2℃(1month).Theannualaveragerainfallof685mm.Annualsunshinehours1870.9hours(2009).Jinanisoneobviousareamonsoonclimate.WinterAsiancontinentformedinnorthernMongoliapressure,Jinanpolarcontinentalairmassiscontrolled,oftenbytheinvasionofcoldairfromthenorth,coldandsunny,rainandsnowscarce,morenortherlywinds.Summerbythetropical,subtropicalairmassesaffectingthemarine,theprevalenceofwarmairfromtheocean,hotweather,rainfall,adequatelight,moresoutherlywinds.Springandautumnarethesummerandwintertransfer,summerandwinterseasontransfertransition,changingwinddirection.Oneyear,indifferentseasons,thecityisunderthecontrolofdifferentatmosphericcirculation,constitutethearrivalofspring,hotsummer,coolautumnandwinterseasonschangeclearcoldclimate.Jinanwinterupto136to157days,usuallyinlateNovembertoearlyMarchthefollowingyear;thesummerfrom105to120days,usuallyinlateMaytoearlySeptember;inspringandautumntheshortest,arelessthantwomonths.Moresummerrainfallgenerallynorthofthecity,combinedwithterrainsurroundedbymountains,sothatmoistureandhotairreflowshouldgatherproliferation,leadingtoJinanunbearablyhotsummer.
2.1.4AirQualitySurvey
JinanCity,thepastfiveyearstheaverageairpollutionindexwas96.2,agoodrateofonly64.7percent,aslightpollutionandlightpollutiononaverage124.8daysperyear,morethanfiveyears,thenumberofdaysofmoderatepollution20days,airpollutionOverallmoreserious.RelationshipwiththesizeofthewindspeedbetweendailyairpollutionindexisapproximatelyU-shapeddistributioncharacteristics,2m/sorlessbreezeorcalmwindswillinhibitthediffusionofpollutantsthataccumulatepollutants,heavypollution.Whenthewindspeedisgreaterthan6m/s,duetotheintrusionofdustraisedorupstreamsurfacedust,theairofrespirableparticulatematterconcentrationincreasedagain.Localsurfacewindspeedat2~6m/s,thepollutantconcentrationisrelativelylow.Amoderatepollutiongeneratedcyclonesandcoldfrontsinthesouthernfront,withthelargerthewind,dustandblowingdustgeneration,anotherwithlittlewind,smokesuspendedintheatmosphere.Airqualitywasexcellentcleaningdaymainlyaffectedbythecoldhighpressurecoldfrontrear.SoJinanairqualityispoor,inChina'stenmostpollutedcities.
