大家好!

首先，在这辞旧迎新的欢乐时刻，我代表优学教育集团

　　给你们拜年，祝你们蛇年爱情、事业双丰收，父母健康、子女优秀。

　　其次，借此机会，我想跟年轻教师说说我的心里话。

作为刚入职场的新人，你们激情澎湃，雄心勃勃，但也难免带着几分傲气，认为自己无所不能、所向披靡，其实不然，你们不过是个职场“婴儿”，正处在从爬到走的成长阶段。

在走上工作岗位头几年里，一定要让自己逐步培养起学徒思维、海绵思维、空杯思维，这样才能从零开始，虚怀若谷，博采众长。

　　strongpoints.

　　无论你们毕业于211高校还是985学府，随着时间的推移，从前的成绩和荣誉都会烟消云散。

现在，你们是站在一个新的起点，必须低姿态，高要求。

因为，过去你是学生，如今你是老师。

出类拔萃的学生不等于有口皆碑的老师。

学是一回事，教是另外一回事。

自己懂不代表学生一定懂，自己觉得简单的东西未必学生也觉得简单。

望山跑死马。

套用一句英语：

Easiersaidthandone.所以，希望你们在教学过程中，不要轻视任何一个知识点，要以雄狮搏兔的心态上好每一堂课。

希望你们时时刻刻站在学生的角度看待所教的东西，己所不欲，勿施于人，语言越通俗越好，内容越条理越好，练习越经典越好，试题越绕弯越好，越有陷阱越好。

年轻人应该装作傻一点，甘愿吃亏一点。

吃亏是福。

傻一点，吃亏一点，不仅做好应该做的工作，而且做好需要做的工作。

工作做

　　好了，才会引起他人的注意。

当有人注意你了，成功也就向你招手了。

　　再者，年轻老师要少抱怨，多反思。

适当抱怨，尚属人之常情，决任何问题，只能证明自己的无能。

所以，事情不顺心的时候，尽量从自己身上找原因，尽量冷静下来，想想自己哪些地方做的不到位，不够好。

静坐常思己过，闲谈莫论人非。

在这个世界上，比做教育容易出名的行业太多了，比做教育容易挣钱的事情太多了，比做教育轻松的工作太多了，但是你们选择了承受压力，责任，委屈，面对各种诱惑，批评，抱怨，你们仍然选择了坚持，我向你们表示崇高的敬意

　　whichenableonetobecomefamousmoreeasilythaneducation.Thereis

　　responsibilityandinjustice.Youwouldnotgiveupdespitevarioustemptations,criticismandcomp

由于我们这个行业的特点，很多老师周末无法休息，牺牲了与家人团聚的时间，没有家属的理解和支持就没有优学的今天，我向他们致敬

　　中国是世界人口第一大国，学生升学竞争非常激烈。

目前一个孩子进入重点学校的主要途径有三条：

”拼运气”，”拼爹”，”拼实力”。

我们既没有可能改变他的运气、帮他们选择一个好学校，也没有能力帮学生”拼爹”，我们唯一能做的就是提升学生的实力，让学生”靠实力证明自己”。

　　在这个思想的指引下，我们取得了不错的成绩。

我们一直认为：

经济是社会发展的速度，教育是社会发展的加速度。

中国当前的发展在于经济的发展，而中国未来的强盛将在于教育的强盛优学被称为这个行业扩张最保守的机构之一，我们认为”教不好学生等于偷钱和抢钱”，”不靠口碑招来学生，我们不受尊敬”。

作为大同市规模最大、知名度最高的一对一辅导机构，我们一直认为做强比做大更重要，质量比数量更重要，内容比形式更重要，所以在过去一年里，我们更加关注增长质量而非增长数量。

　　教育这个古老的行业进步缓慢，今天的世界各国普遍还在使用工

　　业化大生产时代培养熟练工人的方法来培养学生，也就是大班教学，学校教什么学生学什么。

我相信未来的教育将会以学生会核心，小孩

　　生出来，不必都经历幼儿园、小学、中学、大学、研究生这样机械化

　　的学习过程，学生不必都是周一到周五上课，不必都学今天的学

　　科......而学校会根据人们生活本身的需要和职业发展的需求来规

　　划学习体系，教师更像导师，比传授知识更重要的是做”规划、设计、引导”。

今天是学生被重点中学选择，但是我相信在未来，一定会是

　　学校被学生选择。

　　各位老师，各位服务教学的优学人，教育是无比光荣和神圣的事业，做好教育不仅仅是成就学生，更加是完善自我，做好教育本身就是最大的公益，做好教育就是培养未来的国家竞争力，做好教育就是在推动社会的巨大进步所以我也恭喜各位，我们共同选择了一个伟大而神圣的事业
