忙着聚会的你们准备好了吗？

牵头找人、确定日期、活动安排、酒店预订、包车、纪念品……

组织同学聚会可以是个简单事，可以就是去吃吃饭，唱唱歌，卓桌游，然后gameover

会吃饭的吃得很high，会唱歌的唱得很high，会桌游的游得很high

然后，完了就洗了睡，这就是没多少投入的聚会，你还能指望有什么可以回味？

同学聚会也可以是个麻烦事，那得提前做好计划和方案。

   笔者通过网上调查数个经验老到的聚会方案，总结出一套聚会攻略，其中有的组织者甚至从一年前就开始做聚会方案。

如果你们班上的同学想趁假期聚一聚，但又懒得动脑筋的话，就赶快来看看吧。

   同学聚会全攻略·组织

   30人以上的中等班级需3-5人牵头

   首先30人-50人的中等班级同学聚会，至少需要3-5人牵头，召集在本地的同学自愿加入组织队伍，全面、系统地制订活动方案,以及聚会的组织、联络和接待工作。

   老手支招：

   联络组负责汇总同学个人联系方式，写召集令，依次通知到位，并收集大家对聚会的建议和意见。

整理、印制同学通讯录。

   活动组负责策划聚会的活动及文艺节目。

制作聚会纪念册、光盘。

   生活组负责接待、住宿、饮食、会场、租车等事宜。

财务组配合。

   财务组负责经费收支，并协助生活组做好工作。

   提醒：

分工明确，组织工作才能有条不紊，是聚会当天同学们满意、尽兴的最佳保证。

 同学聚会全攻略·预案

   叙旧活动最好设计一个主题！

   聚会的目的在于叙多年离别之情，密切联系、增进感情。

因此，活动要有一个主题，并且围绕主题设计一些回忆往昔，增进集体情感的环节。

老手支招：

   一般班级聚会2天比较适宜，不宜影响到个人的家庭及工作。

考虑到许多从外地赶来的同学，第一天的活动行程应安排得比较轻松。

如集体返回母校，参观母校发展，重走一些有着特殊回忆的地点等。

   等第一天下午大多数同学都到齐后，晚上举行晚宴。

安排能说会道的同学作为宴会主持。

会后，安排在酒吧或KTV举行晚会，期间穿插一些文艺节目表演和互动游戏，活动全程进行摄影拍照。

   第二天，根据同学们反馈的建议，活动可以安排得丰富一些，上午可以举行茶话会叙叙旧，也可以自由活动，相约去校园周边走走。

中午可以安排去城郊周边的农家乐，午饭后进行钓鱼、打球、爬山等集体活动，并拍照留念。

   提醒：

为了预防甲流，活动尽量安排通风或者户外场所，可以考虑户外活动、露天烧烤、篝火晚会等。

行程要安排严谨，避免出现赶行程、等行程现象。

活动方案做好后，别忘了发给同学们征求意见。

   同学聚会全攻略·行程

订酒店、包车、做纪念品都要尽快

   酒店预订、包车、制作发放纪念品……别小看了这些琐碎的工作，这是聚会能不能办好最为关键又最棘手的问题。

活动方案基本确定后，就要尽快着手这些工作。

   老手支招：

   考虑到国庆节前夕，酒店、娱乐场所越早预定越好，包车也是一样。

酒店、娱乐场所最好是离学校近一点的，活动地点集中有利于节约时间，自由活动时想去母校的同学也比较方便。

   50人以内的聚会，包一辆豪华大巴即可，市内营运配司机，按行程和租赁时间议价。

尽量选择一些有实力的旅游汽车公司，有18-55个座位等不同型号的车选择，每个座位一般都购买了乘客强制保险，包车价格在1000元/天不等，不同的租车公司价位有所区别。

   纪念品一定要有特殊意义，将你们当年的笔记、信笺、老照片和今天聚会的记录制成光碟或者回忆录，让这份情谊永远铭刻于心。

   提醒：

建议大家最好不要开私车来聚会，最近本市酒后驾车抓得忒严，非得开车来请谨记“开车不喝酒，喝酒不开车”原则，否则好好的聚会哪个同学被带所里转一圈就不值了。

同学聚会全攻略·找人

   对着毕业照挨个找同学，效率最高

   同学聚会首要的问题是，把当年的同学给找齐了。

然而，这么多年了，老同学如今大都天南海北，联系方式也早已改变，如何掘地三尺，把他们一个个找出来？

   老手支招：

   从最初的几个组织者开始，把还有联系的同学电话找出来，通过第一批找到的这些人，找到他们有联系的同学，像滚雪球一样把消息扩散开来。

这是聚会老手们屡试不爽的最佳找人方式，经过这种撒网式寻人后，实在找不到的人几乎寥寥无几了。

   实在无法联系上的同学，除了拨打本报热线85571188，委托我们帮你登报寻人外，还可以通过登录寻人网站、校内网、5460中国同学录、QQ群发布消息等方式寻人。

如果要找的人在本地，则可以找到当年老同学的住址，通过派出所户籍民警，寻找同学的最新住址或电话。

   还有，别忘了你们的恩师哦。

当年的老师比较容易找，不管是转校还是退休，一般学校都会有信息和联络方式。

   提醒：

找人前，翻出你们当年毕业时的集体照，对着照片挨个将同学的名字写下来，有针对性的寻找，效率会高很多。

建立聚会同学群，在上面公布报名情况和有关事宜。

同学聚会全攻略·经费

   一般进行两天活动人均要500元

   同学聚会的资金本着取之于同学，用之于同学的原则进行筹措。

   老手支招：

提前做好预算，包括聚会期间的住宿、餐饮、包车费用；合影、刻制纪念光盘方面的费用；送母校、老师的纪念品等。

根据确定来的同学人数，初步计算出人均费用，于报到时收取。

一般30-50人进行2天的活动，人均缴纳500-1000元左右。

经费遵循多退少补的原则，财务负责人全程记录经费使用情况，并适时予以公布。

   提醒：

鼓励经济条件较好的同学能够从经济上大力支持，经济条件有难处的同学量力而行，十多年见一面，清茶淡水也是情。

   同时，笔者友情提醒，适当饮点酒不会影响身体健康，但千万不要过量，否则就会伤身体。

喝酒前喝点水，吃一点东西，可以减少酒精对身体的伤害。

谨记“只要感情好，能喝多少，喝多少。

”千万别在兴头上，喝起酒来忘了尺度。

为了自己和他人的安全，酒后千万别驾车。

   1.请事先得到家人的认可和支持。

   2.报名时将联系方式及照片发至聚会QQ群，以便做同学录。

   3.要求每人至少准备一个节目或一句多年想说的真心话。

   4.来去路费自理，个人用品请自备。

   5.注意组织纪律，不能有拆散一对是一对心理。

   6.未尽事宜，及时补充。
