一、仓库职责:

在总经理领导下，执行公司规章制度、执行总经理部及采购部经理各项工作指令，负责材料收发、成品出货、帐务处理及盘点工作，满足生产部对物料的需求，让公司的产品及时到达客户手中，为采购付款及财务核算提供数据支持；

管控存货，使存货的仓储成本合理化；

做好仓库规划，尽量利用现有空间；

做好仓库的安全工作，保护公司财产安全；

负责叉车的维护保养工作，提高物资的搬运效率；

负责仓库区域的6S工作。

二、仓库组织架构图：

仓库目前25人，主管和工程师各一名，四名班长，原料仓含2名中晚班人员。
