3.1Preparationperiod

3.2.1Toassisttheclientinorganizingthediscussionondesigndrawingsandinexaminingthedesignchanges.

3.2.2Tocheckthepreparationworkofeachcontractor,tosupervisethemsetupandperfectqualityassurancesystem,safetyandcivilizationconstructionsystemandensuretheirnormaloperations.

3.2.3Checkthecontractor’sConstructionPlan,ConstructionTechnicalSchemeandConstructionProgressPlanandsoon,andputforwardsuggestionsandensurethereviseandimplementation,issuethecommencementinstructionafterreportingtotheclient.

3.2.4Checkthesubcontractingworkwhichisputforwardbythecontractor.

3.2.5Helptheclienttopreparethemonthlypaymentplan,checkthecompletedquantity,approvethemonthlypaymentreport,checkthevariationbudget,andreportthevariationsduringtheexecutionperiodforapprovalintime.

3.2.6Checkthequalityofthematerials,semi-manufacturedgoodsandequipmentusedintheproject,requirethereexaminationorchangeoftheunqualifiedmaterials,semi-manufacturedgoodsandequipment.

3.2.7Supervisethecontractorexecutestheconstructioninaccordancewiththecurrentcodes,norms,standardsanddesignrequirementsstrictly.Supervisetheexecution24hoursadayonsitetocontrolthequalityoftheworkwhennecessaryandduringthekeypointexecution.

3.2.8Checkthequalityofthework,examineandsigntheacceptanceoftheconcealedworkandsections,ensurethecontractorimplementthecontractstrictly,instructthecontractorcorrecttheworkwhichviolatesthecodes,normsseriouslyandissuetheinstructionofstoppingworkwhennecessary.Participateindealingwiththeinvestigationandanalysisofthequalityaccidentandsupervisetheimplementationofthedecision.

3.2.9Coordinatetheconstructionprogressofeachcontractor,supervisethecontractorimplementthecontractanddealwiththecontractor’stimeandcostclaimscorrectly.

3.2.10Keepthecopyoftheinsurancedocuments,remindtheclientorthecontractortransacttheinsuranceandassisttheclientorthecontractorcarryouttheinsuranceclaims.

3.2.11Supervisetheimplementationofthecontract,assistdealingwiththecontractdisputeandclaims,settlethedisputebetweentheclientandthecontractorandtheinternalcontractors.

3.2.12Examinethecontractor’sprogressplan,controltheprogressandensuretheprojectcompletedontimeaccordingtothecontract.

3.2.13Examinethedesignvariationsstrictlyandgettheclient’sapprovalwhenbeyondtheagentauthority.

3.2.14IssuethepaymentcertificateaftertheexaminationofthequalityandquantitybythesupervisorystaffaccordingtotheConstructionContract.
