　　]英语教师招聘面试说课经验总结

　　我是去年考的英语说课，再请教了别人后，把说课经验教训和大家分享一下，希望有所帮助。

　　1.说课稿

　　当时要求把说课稿交一份给考官，有不少人因为说课稿不通过而功败垂成。

说课稿在准备是最好多参考一下有经验老师的。

主要是看别人说课稿的逻辑和编排方式，怎么样组织课堂等。

不要照抄，大家是说课稿都一样的话，会影响考官们对你的印象。

如果说课稿编排的不好，会被刷下来的。

尤其是英语的Importantanddifficultpoints，Aimstotheteaching这样的标语千万不要弄错，最好不要自己翻译。

另外排版要条理清楚紧凑，每部分内部可以用特殊符号来代替枯燥的1，2，3，既醒目又有条理。

　　有的地方不让准备，那么在下面之间准备的时候，要找好一个课文做一个完整的说课稿，再多拿几篇套进来试试，不然现场准备时条理才会清晰。

　　2.说课

　　一定要背熟自己的说课稿，要背的完全不打梗！

这很重要。

最好找同学或朋友旁听试讲一下。

可以锻炼自己的胆子也可以让人帮忙找找自己的不足。

还可以用手机等录下来自己听听。

我就是这样的。

一开始自己以为准备的不错了，录下来一听就傻眼了，赶紧再练，直到听着还可以了，比较流畅了。

在说课时考官还要看你的表情，手势等，如果你录下来的比较流畅了，在考官那里就是ok了。

　　说课时板书不要太多，最好控制在10个单词，也就是写写说课的题目，自己的姓名，以及你认为在最出彩的或最重要的部分的简单标题。

　　说课时要声音洪亮就不用说了，还最后能配上手势。

我就是把那份说课稿一卷做教杆用。

手里有东西比较不害怕。

　　最好面带微笑，记不起来的时候要微笑，停留最好不超过5秒，还想不起来就直接说下面自己想的起来的。

没有必要完全一字不差的背说课稿。

我一同学在开始引入是时候就是背了段美文，效果还不错。

　　3.回答问题

　　这个老师都讲过，听不清的不要重复问第3遍。

第2遍听不清也要回答。

记得我有一问题问完第二遍了还没听清，我就回答，我没有很理解您的意思，但是我认为应该是……答完那个考官就笑了，显然答的不对，但是她对我的印象还是比较好。

　　回答问题一定要看着问你的考官，扫视其他考官。

面带微笑。

　　一定要记得要说谢谢。

没必要每一个问题回答时都说谢谢，但是第一个问题回答前最好要说。

走之前擦黑板。

考官不让擦就算了。

如果你进去时黑板有字最好擦一下。

　　关于教学教法就记住爱生、敬业、专业知识扎实，让学生发挥特长，这一点也很重要。

教育的关键是教会学生如何学习，让学生全面发展。

回答的点基本都要围绕这些框框再发挥。

而且记住答题最好要分1，2，3……

教学重点：

koala、kangaroo、bear、monkey、bird、lion六个新单词的学习。

教学难点：

如何培养学生合作学习能力，激发兴趣，树立学习英语的自信心。

为了突破这一难点，我主要采用了点拨法、师生互动法几个教学方法。

让学生在教师的指导下，通过参与和合作，从而促进语言实际运用能力的提高。

为了完成以上教学目的，我的教学设计如下：

（一）warm-up

　　歌曲导入，根据小学生好奇、好动的特点，在热身时，学唱英语歌曲“oldmacdoaldhadafarm”.能使学生迅速兴奋起来，自然的进入学习新知识的状态。

（二）preview

　　自由会话目的是为了促进语言实际运用能力的提高。

在这一过程中，教师恰到好处的去启发点拨学生，尽可能多的给学生多一点思考时间，多一点表现自我得机会，把学生当成学习的主人，使课堂气氛充满活力。

根据学

　　生表现欲望强的特点，在这个环节与学生进行朋友式的会话：

（三）presentation呈现新知识，互动合作。

　　在小学英语课堂中，使学生保持一种积极紧张而又快乐的学习状态，激发他们学习的欲望，老师要不断的去诱导学生。

在操练时，首先进行一些机械的学习，如“listen、pointandrepeat”“lookandguess”。

通过这种学习使学生对单词加深记忆。

游戏是激发学

　　生学习兴趣的最佳方式，抓住小学生好动的特点，做一些游戏，如模仿动物的叫声或做与之有关的动作。

“滚雪球的游戏”老师请六位同学分为两组。

第一个同学说：

“thekoalaissleeping.”,第二个同学在此基础上再加一句:

“thekoalaissleeping，themonkeyisclimbing.”依此类推，看哪组说得快而多，得到小红旗。

最后学唱let’schant，让学生轻松一下。

这一过程注重对学生思维观察能力的提高，特别是学生合作能力的培养。

　　通过练习对所学内容加深印象。
