scateringindustryalongwiththetideofreformhasundergonethreeleaptypedevelopment.Inthepast30years,ChinahasexperiencedfromfastfoodrestaurantsgrabsbeachChinamarkettoSARSimpact,thentofoodsafety(tonyredevent,appleevents),Chinesefoodandbeverageindustryintheimpact,achievesalesgrowth.
Chinapopulationcardinalnumberislarge,demandisexuberant,cateringmarketdevelopmentcannotmeettheneedsofthemarketunderthebackgroundoftheimplementation,andtoday,thefoodmarketisveryprosperous,thebasicbalanceofsupplyanddemand,intheglobaleconomiccrisisunderthebackgroundofthecateringindustrytoachievenewgrowth?
About2008JulytoAugust,ChinaChainManagementAssociationDDTHuaaccountingfirmcommontoChinesechaincateringindustrydevelopmenttrendresearch,interviewedincludingQuanjude,Xibe,QiaoJiangnan,Zhuang,LittleSwan,smallfatsheep,KFC,Yoshinoya,immortaltraceforestindustriessuchastherepresentativeofthechairmanorgeneralmanager.Inductiveappearstagedomesticchaincateringindustrydevelopment:
first,chaincateringindustrydevelopmentstillmaintainhighspeed.Surveyofcateringenterprisesthedevelopmentofchainoperationmodetotheoutletsandstoresthemajority,accountedfor75%;
theenterpriseunderinvestigation,atotalofmorethan500chainstores,salesofmorethan1morethan10billionyuanonlyKFCstores,in2007toreach2400,salesoftwenty-fivebilliononehundredmillionyuan,muchmorethantheothercateringenterprises.Fromtheinvestigationanalysisofchainstores,in100thefollowing(66%),salesofonebillionyuan(80%)forthemajorityofthebusinessscale.Fromsalesgrowthratioanalysis,95%enterpriseshavetwodigitgrowth,whichgrew10%,20%intervalaccountedfor42%,growthof20%-30%interval31%,twointervalgrowthratioistheenterpriseunderinvestigationshowsthatthemajorityofmainstream,enterprisedevelopmentinlinewithbenignoperationrule,canstillmaintainarelativelyhighgrowthrate.

Optimisticfive,judgecurrenteconomicdevelopingsituationofchaincateringindustrydevelopmentinfluence.AlthoughtheCPIindexintheshorttermitisdifficulttofall,toenterprisesoperatingpressurewillcontinuetoincrease,butthevastmajorityoftheenterpriseunderinvestigationthinks,fromthecountrymacroscopicaleconomicdevelopmentsituation,thefoodandbeverageindustrywillstillmaintainarelativelyhighgrowthrate,theenterpriseoperatingpressurewillbegraduallyease,morethan90%ofrespondentsexpressedapositiveoptimisticattitude.Investigationshows,Quanjude,KFC,Dicosandothersmallfatsheep,mostchainenterprisesstillmaintainestablishedopenplan.

Cateringindustryinourcountryisdevelopingveryquickly,thenationalfoodindustryturnoverfor18consecutiveyearstoachievetwodigitgrowth,inrecentyearsthe
cateringindustrygrowthratehigherthanotherindustriesoutofmorethantenpercentagepoints,industrydevelopmentprospectsformanyenterprisesandgoodinvestmentinstitutions,cansayourcountryiswelcomingacateringindustrydevelopmentthegoldperiod,butthemarketiscomplexandchangeable,willchangewiththesocialenvironment.Thecateringenterprisesshouldaccordingtotheirownconditionsandenvironmentalrequirements,seethecateringindustry'
