RebeccaDavisisthefounderanddirectorofthedancecompany.ShegottheideafortheprojectaftervisitingRwandain2008.Thereshemetalargenumberofstreetchildrenwhoweredancing,andshethoughtthatdancecouldbeusedtogetthemoffthestreetandintoasafeplace.Shebelievesthatlearningtodanceisasteptowardeducation.Shesayschildrencantakeclassesininformationandtechnologyaftertheyhavelearnedtoattendclassesandfollowdirections.
